Refund Policy

If you cancel before human review of your engagement has started, we refund your payment in full. Email us and we will confirm in writing.

Once a human-reviewed report has been delivered, the work is complete and payment is non-refundable. If you believe a deliverable does not match what was described on the service page, contact us and we will review it and correct or refund it.

The free scan costs nothing and never requires payment details.

Applying costs nothing. No payment is taken until scope and engagement terms are confirmed with you.

Email intake@fifthelementaiblueprint.com with your order details. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.
