Privacy Policy

Information you submit directly: your name, work email, optional phone number, company details and your answers to the Free Business Growth Scan or an application form. We also record basic technical context such as the page you arrived from and your browser user agent.

To generate and deliver your report, to contact you about your results and any service you request, and — only where you have given marketing consent — to send follow-up guidance. You can withdraw marketing consent at any time using the unsubscribe link in any marketing email or the email preferences link we send you.

If you choose to submit feedback, we collect your selected answers, any comment you voluntarily provide, the page you were visiting, a broad device category and the submission time. We use this information to understand whether visitors can find what they need and to improve our website and services.

We do not ask for your name, email address, phone number or company through the feedback form, and we ask that you not include confidential, financial or personal information in the comment box.

We do not store your raw IP address. To prevent spam and repeated automated submissions, the system temporarily processes it to create a salted, daily-changing security identifier that automatically expires within 24 hours.

Alongside your feedback, we retain limited context already associated with your visit, including the audience pathway, campaign or referral attribution, site release, production or preview environment, and internal review status. We use this information to understand where feedback originated, separate preview testing from production responses, diagnose website issues and manage feedback internally.

Card payments are processed by Stripe. We never receive or store your full card details.

Scan records, reports and communication history are stored in our managed cloud backend with access restricted to authorised administrators. Secure report links are time-limited. We keep records for as long as needed to serve you and to meet our record-keeping obligations.
