Privacy Policy

Information you submit directly: your name, work email, optional phone number, company details and your answers to the Free Business Growth Scan or an application form. We also record basic technical context such as the page you arrived from and your browser user agent.

To generate and deliver your report, to contact you about your results and any service you request, and — only where you have given marketing consent — to send follow-up guidance. You can withdraw marketing consent at any time using the unsubscribe link in any marketing email or the email preferences link we send you.

Card payments are processed by Stripe. We never receive or store your full card details.

Scan records, reports and communication history are stored in our managed cloud backend with access restricted to authorised administrators. Secure report links are time-limited. We keep records for as long as needed to serve you and to meet our record-keeping obligations.

To access, correct or delete your information, email intake@fifthelementaiblueprint.com. We respond to privacy requests within a reasonable period.
